With use of collimated backlight and a low distortion macro lens our systems measure and compare each dimension of the gasket eliminating all shortcomings.

Our system verifies the correct sequence of lighting LEDs, checks whether symbols on the display are complete and well cut. We perform HSL analysis of all the colors and send the values to the PLC, which as a result can tune the PWMs used by the display and adjust it correctly to the limits. Vision system makes sure the LEDs are off when they’re ought to be and verifies whether the display itself is glued correctly to the product body. It automatically distinguishes between two manufactured screen types – gloss and mat.
