A grant was obtained from Accelerator Pomeranian Special Economic Zone sp. z o.o. under the acceleration programme “Acceleration Zone”.

‍

Purpose of the project:
Development and development of an advanced vision system for the automatic detection of defects in industrial components, using artificial intelligence and polarized imaging techniques.

‍

Activities implemented in the project:

‍

• technological analysis and preparation of the system concept,
• development of image analysis and defect detection algorithms,
• construction of a demonstration stand,
• application tests in industrial conditions,
• validation and optimization of measurement accuracy,
• cooperation with an industry partner on the implementation of the solution.

‍

The project envisages, among others:

‍

• integration of the system with industrial PLC controllers,
• development of tools for visualization and reporting of results,
• preparation of the system for commercialization in the industrial and medical sectors.

Project implementation period:
from 01/06/2025 to 30/11/2025

Expected effects/results of the project:

• increasing the level of automation of quality control processes,
• improving the efficiency of defect detection,
• launch of an innovative product on the market,
• strengthening the competitive position of the company in the field of vision systems,
• development of cooperation with industrial partners in Poland and the EU.
