A PCBA tester is an advanced solution that provides an intuitive and convenient user interface, allowing easy operation of the system. A tester verifies the plates bilaterally, with minimal risk of false rejects (0.01%). If an error is detected, the system accurately indicates the element that needs repair. With a remote connection to the app, users have full control over the verification process.

The system is configured individually for the customer's production line. It consists of applications, cameras and lighting. Ahead of being deployed to production, it undergoes a series of tests, covering all possible error scenarios. A tester detects the presence, damage and polarity of THT and SMD pins on the board, and additionally it is possible to extend the system with the function of verifying the correctness of the grounding of the components.
