2. How does it work?
- you will be assigned a caretaker who knows your system inside out; we also designate a substitute, so you always have support, even when your primary caretaker is unavailable
- you report the issue through a specially designed system on an intuitive platform where you can see information about the maximum estimated repair time and progress of work
- you will receive all instructions and the agreement via email
- you always have the option of direct contact with your caretaker or our CEO
- you receive a guarantee of spare parts availability within a maximum of 5 days
- (PREMIUM) we visit you every six months to perform a comprehensive system inspection, which includes cleaning individual components, inspecting drive belts, etc.
